Should I use your tablet option or the terminal option?
A
Tablets offer many advantages for no extra cost, terminals are only recommended where a physically more robust unit is essential.

Do I need one of your printers with my system?
A
Voucher Printers provide the facility to produce paper copies of instant rewards at the counter. You don’t need our printer if your rewards are to be presented in any of the other ways we support.

Can I mix and match tablets and terminals at my site?
A
Yes, although this may mean some restrictions in term of operation.

Do I need broadband and WIFI?
A
No, but if you make WIFI available to us as an alternative to 3G you will qualify for a discounted rate

Can I move the terminal within my premises?
A
Yes, the terminal will work anywhere where there is a reasonable mobile signal but it does require a power socket. The tablet options only require mains electricity for charging purposes, so can be used anywhere with a signal (indoors or out).

Do I need a POS system to implement Loyalty Pro?
A
The program works independent of other systems. The ONLY thing required is the Terminal which is provided upon joining. There are no other hardware or software requirements. Learn more

No, it is a special type of SIM card.

If the mobile network is busy does the terminal still operate?

Yes, it stores the data within itself until the mobile network responds.

The minimum contract is 12 months, which automatically rolls on forward.

Will my customer data be available to anyone else?

No. We hold the data on your behalf and it is strictly confidential.
